Well said, Pene. No need to feel badly for taking a break. You deserve it. I see it happening here at work too. Coworkers feel badly about taking their vacation. As for my business, I'm the Boss and never takes a day off. I am always on call should someone needs me. But I worry tooand feel badly for taking a well deserved break.
