We have all that special Teacher we will always remember.

I am writing this because after I graduated I promised to visit her but I never did because of my shame. I was ashamed of my job and the place I was at in life, & I just felt that I should bring her good news, something she would be proud of, you know. And I would pass by the school once in a while hesitant to go inside, so ashamed. And now Im sitting here thinking and realizing she wouldn’t care about any of that.

We have all that special Teacher we will always remember. Mine is my Kindergarten, Ms Boswell.But what stood out to me the most in your story, is the shame you harbor feeling you have disappointrd her. Please go vist Ms. Nelson. She will be so happy to see you.
