Until we understand this; criticism will continue to leave us feeling we are at fault. People have a lot going on in their lives. Oftentimes, we just happen to be the unfortunate one to get the brunt blow on their worst days. That without a doubt don't excuse peoples bad behavior. But we've got to move on not for them so much but for ourselves.
