Tip #9: After creating the first email draft, leave it alone for a few hours — preferably overnight. When you come back to it, you’ll see it in a different light and spot flaws you might have initially missed. Also, let a colleague go over the email and then address their feedback.

This article is a keeper. Lots to learn from it. Having my work sit overnight is a great advice. I sometimes scrap the whole thing. If I don’t feel connected to it at that point, chances are, no one will either . Thanks for sharing George
