Thank you for sharing your experience and story Mahein. I know some elders are living a good life, physically fit and as you say it, could give a 50 year old a run for their money. But theyre the lucky ones. Not all of us is so blessed By 75, many take a turn for the worst. So I will be happy to live longer if I am physically well and not a burden to anyone. I wouldnt want to be in a position to be a nursing home dump.
