Jan, you have it all figured out.

Treadmill every day for at least 30 min. (it’s behind me with a heater on it.)
Bending down and picking up a 5 lb weight 30 times a day.
Standing up near the walker and not holding for 45 minutes a day
Kneeling on my knees and getting up, 25 times a day
