A well written piece, Winston with much food for thought and needed actions. I came across an article by a disgruntled once prominent Medium giant writer -TK filled with so much disrespect for others writers. This article is a reminder that Medium is still alive without them and there are excellent writers and publications worth being a part off and deserving of following.
